Dr. Tammy O'Rourke is a Nurse Practitioner with a PhD. She has over 25 years experience in patient care and has been assessing, educating, and prescribing hormone therapy since 2020.
Tammy is certified with WorldLink Medical in the U.S. and is very passionate about improving people's knowledge about their hormones and treating symptoms that interfere with aging well and experiencing joy as you age.
She is also a member of the North American Menopause Society (great place to learn about Menopause) and provides personalized, compassionate BHRT care, supporting you throughout your journey to age in ways that are satisfying for you.
In 2016 I started feeing the effects of perimenopause:
My physician's only answer was to put me on antidepressants and a sleep medication, but I knew there had to be another option. I found Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). Wow, after few months I was feeling so much better, so I decided to dive in. It has been 7 years now and I have never looked back!
